Exclusivity Agreement between Exclusive Pregra Pros and Pregra LLC
will be an Exclusive buyer and reseller of Pregra Artificial Grass Products. This agreement is binding and cannot purchase from any other Artificial Grass Manufacturer, Supplier, Distributor, Reseller, or Installer. may purchase all Pregra branded products and any and all other components of Pregra.
will not engage in any negotiation with other parties for the potential purchase or resale of any artificial grass products, other than those of Pregra, LLC.
Part of the consideration for entering into the Exclusivity Agreement shall be the inclusion of a non-compete provision that shall (a) prohibit from using products competing with Pregra, LLC.
and (b) prohibit from selling the Pregra, LLC. products to a competitor of Pregra, LLC.
